With artificial intelligence we will have to rethink what art is. Not that we ever really knew.
Art has always been a trick to fool the mind. A few lines and we see more than was drawn, as long as the lines were drawn right.
Now artificial intelligence can perform the tricks at a level most of us would be proud to match. Yet it is clear that faces and eyes are hard even for robots. Proportions can mess up all but the best artists. Hands are a beast to do right.
